Governor Ishaku Commission projects in Sardauna.
The Taraba State Government under the leadership of Arc. Darius Ishaku today commissioned a maternity ward of the General Hospital Warwar which was renovated by Rt. Hon. Abel Peter Diah in Warwar village.
The Governor who was in the Local government area for a one week tour visited the most remote areas of the state such as Warwar, Vakude, Mbamnga amongst others.
In his address, Governor Darius said he was pleased to have marked another milestone in the journey of his Rescue mission with the renovation and equipping of the Warwar General hospital, making it amongst the best hospitals in his list of priorities.
He added that the hospital will not only take care of the health challenges of the people but will also bring reduction of major health crisis.
Governor Ishaku promised to deploy more health workers to the hospital and also add more machines to help solve major health cases.
He said the state Executive council has approved the purchase and deployment of more equipments in order to make the hospital a service center for neighbouring villages.
He applauded the Rt. Hon. Speaker, Abel Peter Diah for standing as a strong ally in keying into the rescue mission by giving his own quota to ease the health challenges of the people.
Furthermore, Governor Ishaku who donated an Ambulance for the hospital, gave approval for the mounting of an Etisalat Mask which will generate service to the entire village and neighboring villages.
Commissioning of a pipe line water project and a bally bridge for the river was also executed by the Rescue Captain.
Earlier, Hon. Diah stated that History has been recorded today because in all of the state’s past civilian Govenors, none has ever ventured to such remote areas of the state because of its bad terrains.
The Speaker who is also an indigene of area, gave his assurance that his people of Warwar Vakude and Mbamnga constituency will vote massively for the Governor’s re-election.
