Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku of Taraba State disclosed that the State Government had received notice from the unknown persons that the State will be under attack in the next Ten Days.

Hosea Ibi and other Tarabans who also died as a result of Herders/ Farmer’s Clashes in the State.

He said the high level of security threats in the State is on the increase since the allegation of the landing of Helicopter in Ibi. The state has been recording cases of attacks most especially kidnapping and robbery.

The Governor also lamented that he has become handicapped on how to solve the security challenges in the state. Saying that anytime he gives instructions on how to tackle security issues in the state, the security heads always asked him to please give them time until they receive clearance from Abuja which causes life and property to be lost before action is taken.
