Former African badminton champion, Ephraimu Bulus Jinkam has won two gold medals at the just concluded Ministry of interior games.
The 2016 edition of the games took place in Kaduna state.
Bulus Jinkam ,won the two gold at the men’s singles and doubles.
Speaking with our sports correspondent, Jinkam, said he was very happy with the organisers of the games who were able to bring some notable National players to compete during the competition.
He thanked his commandant of the NSCDC, Taraba state command for his assistance before, during and after the competition.
Epraimu Jinkam promised to support young talents in the state and call on them to be loyal and discipline to be true professionals.
Nigeria prisons,Immigration service,custom,Civil defence and others took part in the competition.
Despite his knee injury, the Champion was still able to win the two golds at the event.
Jinkam is expected to be operated upon early this week at the Nigerian and Turkish hospital in Abuja.
The surgery would gulp six hundred and eighty-five thousand naira.
